  • Getting Your Meals

    Mondays

    Pick-up in Muscle Shoals or delivered right to your door every Monday between 8-10 AM. Won't be home? Leave a cooler with ice or ice packs so your meals stay cold until you're back.

    *Delivery must be within a 10 mile radius.

FAQs

How long do meals stay fresh?

Meals are prepared fresh each week and are best enjoyed within 4–5 days when refrigerated.

What if I'm not home during delivery hours?

If you won't be home, we recommend leaving a cooler with ice packs outside your door to help keep your meals cold until you return, or letting us know of a safe drop-off location. There is a box at checkout to leave specific delivery instructions!

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be changed or canceled until the weekly ordering deadline (Friday at 11:59). Once we begin shopping and preparing meals, orders cannot be canceled.

Can I change what's in my meal?

Our meals will come as listed on the menu. No substitutions or changes at this time. We can't promise no allergen cross-contact. If you have bad allergies, please reach out before you order.
